Every power station operator relies on turbines that operate at maximum efficiency. One crucial aspect is to inspect and monitor the turbines during operation. This is where the PAK MKII system takes over. It records structure-borne sound levels and Wheatstone bridge readings as well as the quantities relevant to turbines at different operating points. Whether for permanent monitoring or for recording the vibrations from dedicated special constructions – PAK supports operators with its online capability.
Phase-synchronized Data Recordings
For regular maintenance, the mobile PAK MKII system with its high-resolution tacho input offers the data base for the PAK "Dynamic Balancing" application. The measuring systems can be placed in a decentralized position and offer phase-synchronized data recordings for large structures, in this way reducing signal cables to a minimum.
